EXILE: AN INSTALLATION BY JOSÉ ÁNGEL VINCENCH

José Ángel Vincench’s most recent installation was made up of five mobile homes each in the shape of letters spelling the word ‘exile’. Vincench’s piece is a commentary on the state of individuals who are displaced from their own country, and it was on show at the 11th Havana Biennale in Cuba from May until June 11, 2012.
